Previously he worked for Cisco Systems as a business development manager and Eicon Networks as the UK OEM Sales Manager.
Ray has dedicated himself to understanding customers psychology and is an expert in website conversion. He can be seen at seminars several times a year teaching business owners and managers how to get more profit from their online businesses.
When he is not at work Ray and his wife Bernadette explore the country experiencing new places.
Pete has been in the on-line industry for 8 years and is heavily focused on creating successful internet marketing campaigns. In 2003 he started in the internet world with his own e-commerce business. The company expanded rapidly as the business grew and diversified. This gave him a front-line knowledge of running a successful business on-line which is a major advantage in understanding how people interact in a virtual world and which marketing methods work.
Over the last 3 years, Pete has specialised in the growing phenomenon of Social Media. The likes of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn (among others) can be hugely powerful and increasingly essential in a successful on-line business. Pete teaches Social Media courses to business owners and staff to help them get a good grasp on what's needed to integrate these often misunderstood tools into their business. He can also be seen at various seminars covering the essentials of Social Media throughout the year.
In his free time, Pete likes to pursue two main passions of his: Travelling and sport. He likes to go travelling with his partner to new countries to experience new and exciting cultures and adventures. When not travelling, he likes to play golf and football.
Nicky is well known in the business community, having worked for Hampshire Chamber of Commerce for nearly 7 years, until leaving to join the Splice Marketing team where she is heading up their newly formed Social Media and PR department.

Nicky, a motivated and proactive PR person, is recognised professionally as a full member of the CIPR and uses her vast experience and skills to develop communication strategies and marketing activities to benefit organisations. She is experienced in dealing with clients from many diverse sectors; ranging from sole traders and SMEs to education establishments, the third sector and large corporates.
She is fascinated by different cultures, which is fuelled by her strong interest in history. In her spare time, she particularly enjoys visiting museums and historic properties, as well as socialising with family and friends, reading, music, watching films and walking her "rescue" dog.
