Cliphair is an online retailer of hair extensions. Their site need to allow people to locate hair extensions by type, colour and length, so an advanced filter was created so no matter what page a customer lands on they are able to further refine the products shown.

It also has extra sections, such as a colour selector chart and fitting instructions, as well as the ability for customers to upload photos to get a colour match. The ability to view and pay in multiple currencies is critical, as their products are shipped worldwide.

We have also installed out customised chat system that allows visitors to start and instant chat session with Clip Hair's customer services team inside the website, with no additional software required.

Since the launch of the UK site, we have also launched two additional sites for the Australian and Canadian markets. These had some design changes to localise them, as well as requiring some updates to allow for the different currency requirements.

All three sites also have managed PPC (Pay Per Click) Advertising campaigns running on Google and Microsoft networks to promote the sites, along side SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to also attract additional customers.
